Karma: 0 BORED! « Thread Started on Nov 30, 2008, 12:58pm » Cloudwing lay in the clearing, Bored as ever. Nothing to do. No one to hunt with. The camp was so empty. He felt alone, sad, bored. He got up and walked into the leaders den. "Hello!" He called. There was no answer, Cloudwing shrugged and walked out of camp. The air was warm and the sky was blue, the wind was whisteling, it was beautiful. He sat down and stared at the sky, it stretched across a massive amount of land. He found it amazing how wherever you were it was always up there, along with Starclan. There was a rustle in the bush's. "Who's there?" he called. Cloudwing stood up and stared around, he opened his mouth. It smelt like... "fox!" he murmured. He slowly backed away, maybe the fox hadn't seen him, unlikely. Cloudwing dropped, his eyes gleamed. Then nothing happened. He wondered into the bush. Nothing there. I must be dreaming, he thought. LightSong walked out from inside the warriors den. Her snow-like coat shown like the clouds on a blue sky and her spots were the eyes of a butterfly (Sorry! That sentence sucked!) As the light hit her back, she arched it allowing it to warm her. She sat down towards the middle of the clearing and started to groom herself. Long rythmical strokes soothed her hair into calmness. She walked over to the leaders den, seeing if (blank / unnamed right now) was still sleeping. "(blank)," She called out. "Are you still sleeping, you lazy thing." She called affectionatly. Not hearing an answer right away, she laided down to warm herself in the sun. Gentil strokes cleaning her fur of all that she missed before. Growing hungry, she padded towards the fresh kill pile and grabbed a rabbit big enough for FalconStar when he arrived. He lay next to her, without giving her a chance to speak he spoke again. "Wanna go out on a patrol?" He groomed his fur as he waited for an answer, his white fur gleamed in the sunlight. He stood up and looked into the leadersden. "I wonder when Falconstar will be getting up that lazy thing." he murmured. He turned his gaze back to Lightsong. "Are you alrite las? You haven't been speak'in much." he mewed. He kept his gaze on her waiting for an answer. OOC: O.O only 101 words. you did lower the minimum too 100 rite? It may change again... We'll find out how it goes. IC: LightSong turns to face CloudWing. She hadn't noticed him there before. She opened her mouth to speak when the tom cut her off. She waited patienly until he was done. "I would love to go on a patrol. FalconStar will come out eventually. Best not call him a lazy thing though. He wouldn't like it." She said smiling. She sat up and looked around the clearing. "Anyone else like to go on patrol?" She called out to the general public. She nudged her unfinished rabbit towards CloudWing. "Would you like some?" He could smell the morning dew on the grass. "Did someone say my name?" he wondered, still in a daze. He got himself up, stretched his long lithe body, and exited his den. The sun was shining above the trees, and not a cloud was to be seen. He made his was to the dwindling fresh-kill pile thinking to himself "We need to go get some more kill for the pile... maybe i'll do that today." He grabbed the smallest mouse on the pile, leaving the bigger game for the elders. Quickly finishing the mouse, he set out to gather a hunting party. Heading in the direction of Cloudwing and Lightstar, he called out "Do you guys want to go out on patrol?..." Yah called me LightStar, lols. You can continue to call me that though. The she cat turned to him. "About time you got up." She said smiling and licking his ear. "You've got a little something there. Whoops, there. It's gone." She took a step back and looked at him. He looked like he got a good nights sleep. "Anyways. CloudWing and I were talking about going on some patrol when you asked us. So, yes we would love to." She flickted her tail towards the rabbit. "I was saving that for you, but you already got that mouse, so CloudWing do you want to share it?" She asked turning to him. He wasn't even awake." she whispered to Lightsong so Falconstar couldn't hear. He smiled at his leader. "You look like you've had a good nights sleep." Cloudwing said to his leader. "So what about that patrol, Thunderclan border then?" He said his voice was loud and confident. He strode of towards the entrance. "Are you to comin then?" he called. "You lazy things. Oops, sorry." he mumbled. "Oh I forgot about food, what a silly mouse-brain am I, my stomachs growlin with hunger!" He padded over to the rabbit and ate half of it in one. "Yumm, now lets go."
